What kind of event is RADWIMPS ROLE-PLAYING MUSIC "SHIN SEKAI"?
"SHIN SEKAI" invites you on a journey of "ROLE-PLAYING MUSIC," a new musical experience where participants transform into the main characters in the world of RADWIMPS' music, explore, and play out a story together. Enjoy virtual music experiences like never before.
When does the event take place?
Times are shown in Japan Standard Time. Each show is approximately 40 minutes.

PARTICIPATION

How can I participate?
You can experience RADWIMPS ROLE-PLAYING MUSIC "SHIN SEKAI" with the official app.
Since data communication charges for downloading and using the app will be borne by the users, we recommend that you do so in an environment with Wi-Fi.
The newest version of the app is required for participating in the concert. Prior to the start of the event, please allow ample time to ensure that you have the latest version.
Also, please turn on push notifications to receive announcements of app updates.
Can I participate together with my friends?
This app offers the option of enjoying the experience together with friends.
On the Enter Screen, please enter through "TRAVEL WITH FRIENDS."
Enter the same Room-ID as your friends, and tap the START button.
A Room-ID is issued through the button at the bottom of the screen.
How can I use the chat function?
Tap the feather pen icon at the bottom of the operation screen, and the text entry form will appear.
There are certain moments during the concert that the chat function is unavailable.

We recommend downloading the app in a Wi-Fi environment.
Please try again in a Wi-Fi environment with a high communication speed.
Also, please check and ensure that your smartphone has sufficient remaining storage.
If the problem persists, please consult with App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
I cannot launch the app after downloading it.
Please try uninstalling and then reinstalling the app.
The app crashes midway.
Please try the following. If these methods do not work, please try uninstalling and then reinstalling the app.

・Check and ensure that your smartphone is connected to the internet, and then relaunch the app.
・If other apps are running, please close them before restarting this app.
・If your smartphone has been on for a long time, turn off the power for a few moments, then turn it on again and relaunch the app.
・Please try again at a later time.
・If the device does not have a supported operating environment, please try with another device.
